Monday's mirth…

Howdy folks!

Hope the weekend was a good one?

Well, day one of my leave has dawned.

I choose to call it that, otherwise I’ll go mad!

Having a guest for supper tonight, and tomorrow will be spend driving all kinds of kids around.

Might be fun, might not be, but hey – it gets me out of the house for a bit.

Will have to pay a visit to the Unemployment offices on Wednesday – have today to make sure I have what needs to be handed in for registration.

And then send off more CV’s.

One good thing the Porra did – sent me a list of a whole bunch of jobhunting sites.

I thought that was very sweet.

And, on Friday, he was the one to send me a message of “vasbyt” for the day.

My family just gave me kak the whole day!

At least he’s trying 😉

Went out for suppser and a movie again last night – went to see John Carter in 3D.

Lovely movie!

Quite the feel-good film experience.

And he’s the supper guest.

Will see how this pans out – would be good to have a place to visit every so often 😉

Anyhow.

Hope the day is good, and I’m still taking names and numbers!!

Housework Challenged
————————-

One day my housework-challenged husband decided to wash his sweatshirt.

Seconds after he stepped into the laundry room, he shouted to me, “What
setting do I use on the washing machine?”

“It depends,” I replied. “What does it say on your shirt?”

He yelled back, “University of Oklahoma.”
